The personal data collected and processed as set forth in Article 2 above may be used by V4CURE’s authorized employees.

They may also be shared with third parties, in particular with V4CURE.’s service providers (e.g. IT service providers, hosting providers, consultants, etc.) or business partners, court officials, financial auditors, etc., being stated that each of these third parties are bound by data protection and confidentiality obligations in order to protect your personal data.

Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
